The client faced a challenge with tracking the work activities of their Sales Representatives. They were looking for a solution in Salesforce that can leverage their CRM to properly analyze on Sales rep's activities, including conversion rates, emails, and meetings.

The solution included: 1. Integration of Gmail with Outreach & Outreach with Salesforce to get the Google mails & the calendar in Salesforce. In this case, Outreach was used as Salesforce doesn't allow mail, and calendars to sync together with the Salesforce feature.
