Introduction to Quick Action: Quick Action allows clients to perform tasks directly on records without leaving the page. By introducing a sleek Lightning component in LEX, all reviews and questions were neatly organized into separate sections, enhancing usability and efficiency.
Customizable PageLayout: The layout showcasing on the Lightning component was made customizable. Now, the customer can go and update the Review PageLayout that will reflect in the Lightning Component Report.
