Overview
The Event Management App is a powerful tool designed to streamline the process of tracking event attendance. By assigning a unique QR Code to each attendee, sent via email before the event begins, it acts as a digital identifier throughout the event. Event organizers can effortlessly record and update attendees' check-in times in the Salesforce Campaign Member by using the app's scan button. This facilitates efficient and accurate management of attendee data, enhancing the overall event experience and ensuring smooth operations.
Feature Details
Unique QR Code Generation: A unique QR Code is generated for each attendee registered in a particular campaign.

Attendee Type Management: Easily change attendee types to categories like Attendee (default), VIP, VVIP, Sponsors, Volunteers, Speakers, and Delegates.

External Scanning Capability: Allows QR Codes to be scanned using any mobile or scanner device, displaying the name, email, phone number, and company name of attendees.

Time Savings: Eliminates long queues for verification by streamlining attendance tracking through QR Codes, reducing the need for manual check-ins.
Send Email Manually: Send the email manually for each Campaign Member using the "Send Email Now" button available on their page. The Email Ticket can be sent only once using these options. To resend, uncheck the "Email Once Sent" box for the desired campaign member(s).

Send Email Now: Instantly send the QR Code email to all registered Campaign Members.

Customized Attendee Types: Enables categorization of attendees based on roles or importance, allowing personalized communication and targeted engagement.

Scan Button: Accesses the mobile camera to verify if a candidate is registered, displays a message accordingly, and marks attendance (date and time of entry) in Salesforce for each QR Code holder.
Mobile and External Device Scanning: Facilitates easy access to basic information by booth operators and other attendees without Salesforce access, with QR Codes serving as virtual visitor cards.

1. Salesforce Event Flow Application
Process: Users log into their Salesforce account and either create a new campaign or choose an existing one. Campaigns are customized with details such as start and end dates, revenue information, venue, ticket templates, and QR code generation.
Campaign Management: Campaign members can be added through options like “Add Contact,” “Add Leads,” or importing from a local system. Unique QR codes are generated for each attendee.
Communication: QR codes are sent to registered campaign members via bulk email or individually. Attendees use these QR codes for easy check-in using the app's built-in feature.
